Semi-Annual Meeting, Salt Lake City, Sat., July 16, 2011

The Masonic Society will hold its Semi-Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Saturday, July 16, 2011, following the
conclusion of the Rocky Mountain Masonic Conference. Date and Time

All TMS Events will take place following the conferral of the Mark Master Degree.

Dress: Men, Jacket and Tie or Comparable Business Attire. Women should wear comparable attire.
When registering, choose one of either:
1. "Prime Rib": Slow Roasted Prime Rib- Seasoned and slow cooked, served with horseradish cream, au jus, whipped
potatoes, heirloom carrots and asparagus
or
2. "Chicken": Roasted Poulet Rouge- Perfectly roasted free range chicken, served with natural juices, whipped potatoes,
heirloom carrots, and asparagus
Dinners include a dinner salad, fresh baked rolls, and butter.

The Masonic Society's 2011 Semi-Annual is taking place following the Rocky Mountain Masonic Conference. The
Society HAS NOT made any separate provision for hotel accommodations. The RMMC has made arrangements with the
Embassy Suites Hotel in Salt Lake City -- please make your reservations directly with the hotel and mention the RMMC
to get the RMMC $109/night discounted rate. For more information please see the RMMC website.
Please be aware that while we are partnering with the RMCC to make the semi-annual meeting a broader experience for
TMS members, these are two separate events and reservations must be made separately with the respective
organizations. The RMCC will not accept reservations for the TMS portion of the weekend. The TMS event is not
included in the $170 RMCC registration fee. TMS will not accept reservations for the RMCC portion of the weekend.
